Hi, I’m Dani — I’ve been in the world of Virtual Assistance for over 15 years, and building websites even longer. I’m also a lifelong writer, a creative at heart, and someone who’s dabbled in everything from photography to graphic design.

And beyond the business? I’m a single mom on a mission, building a life of creativity, success, and joy, and showing my kiddo what’s possible when you carve your own path.

My Background

I’m back where it all began - on a small island off Canada’s east coast: Newfoundland.

​

Known for its rich culture, warmth, and hospitality, Newfoundland is home to some of the friendliest people in the world (no pressure, right?). I do my best to carry that spirit into everything I do, and it’s woven right into my business name: Virtual Shore.

​

Virtual, because that’s how we work together.
Shore, because that’s where I grew up, where my soul feels both calm and powerful. It’s the place that grounds me, and the energy I bring to my work every day.

​My work background is a bit of a patchwork — banking, hospitality, collections, Canada Post, even being internet tech (back in the day). I’ve moved around, tried different things, and gathered a ton of experience along the way.

What I’ve realized? The parts I loved most from each of those roles — connection, problem-solving, creativity, and getting things done — are all things I’ve built into my business today. Every twist in the path led me right here

Who do I work with?

Project Clients

My project clients are those who need help with single tasks or projects. They're in need of a new website, a social media launch, templates, getting set up with newsletters and opt-ins, a social media audit, file cleanup, social media plan, landing pages, etc.

While I'm available to work at an hourly rate for most projects, a lot of tasks can be packaged, so feel free to let me know what you're looking to accomplish so that I can properly quote the work. Book a free call to go over the details or shoot me an email.

Ongoing Clients

My ongoing clients trust me to take care of a variety of tasks, like data entry, social media planning + graphic design, website maintenance, course updates, e-commerce assistance, mail campaigns + newsletter templates, event management, basic bookkeeping, contract + onboarding assistance, payroll + payment processing, etc.

For reputable companies or client's under contract I can offer the flexibility of invoicing for hours clocked on tasks. Others either pre-pay or agree to a retainer. 

I provide weekly check-ins and progress reports.
